WHAT DOES AN INSPECTION COST?

KMI INSPECTIONS, INC. is priced according to the square footage of the structure, so you should have that information available when you call. We do not charge extra for travel time, age of house.

KMI INSPECTIONS, INC. does charge extra for large out buildings, water, septic & radon testing.
